Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day site operations
• Oversee all project activities, including cost management, project schedule, staff development,
site safety and security
• Attend meetings with all contractors, consultant
• Handling of drawing issues and authorities submission
• Perform project costing related reporting for management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure
expenditures are kept wiyhin the project budget
• Responsible in controlling and monitoring project total expenditure including verifying and checking
of invoices and claims from suppliers
• Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and to ensure site safety measures are
in place at all times
• Responsible for any other role as assigned by the Project Director from time to time

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree,
Engineering or equivalent
• Min 4 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager
• Required skill(s): MS office, MS Project, Autocad
• Possess managerial experience and supervisory skills
Strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills

• To supervise, execute and coordinate project activities
• Coordinate main contractor / clients
• Prepare and submit reports to PM on work progress
• To enforce and monitor all supervisors, workers and sub-contractors matters
• Support site documentation requirements
• Attend meetings, coordination and supervision works
• Ensure successful, cost effective and timely project delivery
• Resolving any technical problems/difficulties that may arise on site
• Shall be responsible such site inspection of subject work in progress, testing,
replacement of building wires and power cables and associated components as may required

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Post Graduate Diploma/ Profrssional Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Prject Management in Building And Construction
• Good team player with ability to lead and muti-task

• Prepare of tender documents,cost planning control and budget estimation
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants
Prepare Contract Documents
• Liase with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotations
• Attend meeting with consultants for substantiation of Variation Order
• Review Electrical drawings and check drawing discrepancies
• Able to understand electrical drawing plans
• Able to work out budget for running projects
• Responsible for the quality / accordance to the specificaton of the works
• Make sure construction and production cost are managed efficiently
• Responsible for all QS reporting
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience as Quantity Surveyor
• Strong communications skills
• Good problem solving and decisions making skills
